Home and work rooted in Connecticut

I was born and raised in Milford and now live in Cheshire with my wife, Heather, and our four children. I grew up in a family rooted in construction and spent more than 25 years working in residential and commercial trades alongside my father as a general contractor and developer.

I became a licensed REALTOR in 2023 and have since helped more than 30 clients buy or sell. My construction background helps me ask better questions, recognize when a licensed specialist should be involved, and help clients prioritize property decisions. It does not replace a home inspection, engineering evaluation, appraisal, or licensed trade advice.

My approach is direct: understand the goal, explain the choices, communicate consistently, and manage the details through closing.
